Pagerwesi Cultural Celebration - Things You Must See in Bali

Balinese brought banten as their gift to God on Pagerwesi celebration. Banten also called sesajen. In this particular day, every institution including government office, school and other public and private business are not doing business. It is a holiday.
You can also watch special show in Sanur beach on this day. It is a Barong Dance. This dance presents the spirit who protects the entire village from evil spirit.
The great thing about Balinese is their honest faith. Even though the price of the Banten material is rising, they do not complaint about it. The only thing they do is to give the best to their God.
